InnerDance a practice that helps you tap into your emotions, and access your inner wisdom through the sound healing journey.
To practice InnerDance we simply lay down on the mat as in savasana, we close the eyes and let the dance happen inside of us.
Participants may experience spontaneous physical movements, waves of emotions of all spectrums coming to the surface, you may see images and visuals.
The process helps us release pent-up emotions, overcome psychological barriers, and increase self-awareness.
The practice can be deeply transformative, helping you to feel more grounded, empowered, and in touch with you own emotions and thought.
